 *Shopping dates: 


We try our best to be available to shop for you most days but depending on what country we are in and who is available to shop we will advise you on our allocated shopping dates well in advance. You can enquire or we may reach out and advise you for example, we will be in Paris on certain dates you can then express your interest in our services. 


*Paid services: 


Sourcing, purchasing, shipping and delivery of an item all come under paid services. 

When requested directly to source in person in-store you will initially be charged a one-time refundable charge of £20. If you purchase as intended you will be refunded this fee immediately. However, if you personally request us to source IN PERSON and in store for a specific item but you decide not to purchase we have the discretion to charge you this one-time fee of £20 for our time. Please enquire for further information on this fee via any of our communication channels below.

Delivery or shipping options will be given and agreed upon and these will be detailed on your invoice. 


If you decide to purchase an item you will be invoiced. We charge a 10% commission on all items purchased which will be totalled.

1 Small Classic Flap Chanel = £8,500

Total of Items = £8,500

Commission @ 10% = £850

Personal Delivery within Abuja (Date and Time) = Free

Total to pay = £9,350

OR

1 Miu Miu Sunglasses = £300

1 Smeg Kettle = £250

2 Loewe Candles @ £80 each = £160

Total of Items = £710

Commission @ 10% = £71

Shipping to Lagos address via DHL (7-14 Working Days) = £9

Total to pay = £790

OR

1 Van Cleef Alhambra bracelet 5 motif = £3,950

Total of Items = £3,950

Commission @ 10% = £395

Expedited personal delivery outside of Abuja (London country shopper is in, next day) = £20

Total to pay = £4,365

OR

1 Hermes Constance = £9,000

Total of Items = £9,000

Commission @ 10% = £900

Personal delivery outside of Abuja (Paris country shopper is in, selected date) = Free

Total to pay = £9,900

OR

1 Dior Lady Bag = £4,000

Total of Items = £4,000

Commission @ 10% = £400

Expedited shipping to personal shopper via FedEx (5 Working Days) = £18

Personal Delivery inside Abuja (next day) = Free

Total to pay = £4,418


All figures and time frames in the examples above are purely for information purposes only, please reach out for more accurate information.


Once payment has been confirmed and received your item(s) will be purchased and proof will be shown in the form of videos, pictures, and receipts. For regular clients, video calls can be arranged. Then shipping or delivery will commence.


*Delivery dates, times and methods: 


Delivery dates and times will be discussed and agreed with you before purchase. We will always strive to meet up with your expectations for delivery but depending on shopping dates* it may take anywhere from 7-14 business days. Regular clients* can request expedited shipping or delivery at an extra fee. This will be discussed and agreed upon before purchase.


Delivery methods can be selected. You can choose Shipping where the product comes via a regular shipping company like FedEx, DHL or USPS. We will advise you of costs before purchase. 

OR

Personal Delivery where our personal shopper will hand deliver your purchase(s) directly to you into your hands. This is advisable for ultra-high-end and high-value purchases. Costs, dates and times will be discussed and agreed upon before purchase. 


Generally speaking, purchases above £5000 come shipping fee-free. Personal delivery is recommended and fee-free within Abuja. Personal Delivery to other states outside of Abuja or countries outside of the purchase country may come with a fee. All fees will be discussed and agreed on before purchase. 


*Payment Methods:


All payments must be made in full in either GBP or Naira we do not accept any other forms of currency. You will find the applicable payment details on your invoice. Split payments are accepted however any item(s) will not be purchased and delivered until the total payment on the invoice has been received and confirmed, If you wish to pay in parts please enquire on any of the communication channels below and we will advise you further. 

In some cases with regular clients, direct payment to the shop is possible and if so you will only be invoiced for commission fees and any delivery fees incurred. Once payment has been confirmed on both ends from the personal shopper and the shop your item will be purchased and delivery will commence as agreed. 


*Regular Clients:


These are clients who have shopped and purchased with us multiple times with no issue and a positive relationship has been maintained. 


Refunds:


All purchases are final on confirmation of receipt of item(s). However, you are free to return your purchase(s) yourself as the receipt will have been provided, the commission cannot be refunded in this case. If you are truly not happy with your purchase we need to be notified no later than 3 working days after receipt of item(s). You will need to state your reason and we will agree on a conclusion. If you wish to return the UNUSED item to us you will need to arrange this yourself and if agreed we will refund you the total of the cost of the items but not any delivery fees or commission fees previously paid by you.

If for any reason a personal delivery by shopper date was agreed upon but not upheld on our end any delivery fees incurred by you will be refunded but not any commission fees. 


In the unlikely case that you do not receive any item(s) and this cannot in any way be resolved the full cost of any purchase, delivery or commission fees will be refunded to you. Proof of the item(s) not being received will need to be provided.  However, if the fault is found with the chosen shipping company we will work together to resolve this. 


Refunds will be paid to the payment method provided and can take anywhere between 7-14 working days please reach out for further advice.
